My recent stay at Sleep Inn for a corporate retreat left me with mixed feelings. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to the areas I needed to attend. However, the initial room I was assigned lacked proper heating, causing discomfort during the chilly evenings. Despite this setback, the staff promptly relocated me to a warmer room, showing a level of customer service that was commendable. Regarding business amenities, the free wireless high-speed Internet was reliable, facilitating my remote work seamlessly. the meeting room provided a professional space for our corporate sessions, albeit a bit tight. While the complimentary hot breakfast was a nice touch, the small layout didn't fully meet expectations. Overall, Sleep Inn offers a decent option for business travelers seeking a practical stay with essential amenities. With improvements in room conditions and breakfast layout, it could elevate the experience to match its neighboring hotels.
